few. Greg entered two of his songs into the UK Songwriting Competition in 2007 and was rewarded with a semifinalist position for each of them.

I have been writing songs for about 25 years and am still looking for that deal with the vips of the country music industry. I've been told no one can sing my songs like me and although I wouldn't mind recording a CD of my songs, my real dream is to be a songwriter and others sing my creations. As to my background, I have been writing country songs since I was 9 because I grew up with country music.

Johnny Wale is one of the souths of England's leading singer/songwriters. Johnny was born in London, England during the Swinging Sixties. He was brought up in a musical family, where his father was a Jazz Drummer and Pianist. After writing his first song 'Every Single Minute', he formed the duo 'OPAQUE' with his friend and singer Kurt Bainbridge.
As a duo, Johnny and Kurt gigged locally, notably Hamble Aero Club and other venues and were featured on South City FM's 'In Session' twice. Johnny pursues a solo career nowadays, although 'OPAQUE' are still officially together. Johnny's first TV appearance was on Southampton TV in 2003, where he sung the Acoustic "Levellers" sound-alike 'Oh Mystery'.

Band "UGO" was born in August 2004.
In 2005 we won 1 place at the festival " Lavina ", became band of the year in style Pop-rock
2006 we recorded the first single "Stolitsa" at " Millenium Studio ", in same to year we removed a clip and became band of the year in style Pop-rock.
2007 a single " You or Me " recorded and was broadcast (on the radio)
